Contract Scotland is working with a client who wants to add a Construction Administrator to their established back-office support team.
Our client is a growing company, and this is a great opportunity to establish yourself in a role that has scope for development.
Daily duties encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation:
Customer Care Support: Engaging with clients to address their enquiries and concerns promptly. This includes managing calls, responding to emails, and providing information about services or products. It's essential to foster a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Admin Duties within the Construction Team: Assisting the construction team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling and organising project timelines, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role may also involve coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all project needs are met efficiently.
Attendance at Meetings: Participating in meetings with both internal teams and external clients to discuss project progress, address any concerns, and strategise for future initiatives. Taking detailed notes during meetings and following up on action items is crucial to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed.
General Admin Duties Supporting Operations and Compliance Divisions: Providing broad administrative support to the operations and compliance teams, which may include data entry, documentation preparation, filing, and maintaining databases. This role can also involve assisting with compliance audits and ensuring that all operational processes meet regulatory standards.
