Aggregate Sales Manager (South)

Rock Solid Processing Limited are a highly respected market leader in environmental Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) recycling and due to recent expansion currently seek an Aggregate Sales Manager South to promote and retail recycled IBA aggregates across the Midlands and South West of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing and selling Rock Solid’s recycled IBAA aggregates. This requires maintenance of a database of potential clients and customers, the ability to initiate and canvass new business with confidence, the skills to venture out to the market and source/create new opportunities, the knowledge and skills to sell Rock Solid IBAA aggregates and the nature and personality to build long-standing relationships and become an integral part of the pro-active Rock Solid UK team.

Previous skills and experience required:

- \\n
- Min 2 years Field Sales Experience/Record of Achievement within Aggregate Sales
- Understanding of the UK Aggregate and Construction Markets and Associated Products
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience and knowledge of organising and arranging haulage.
- Able to work to targets and achieve sales goals.
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Full, clean UK driving license (max 3 points)
- Prepared to travel and stay away overnight as required
- Computer Literacy l Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Social Media
- Knowledge of the relevant EA regulations –preferred.
- Implement IMS requirements related to the role to support Rock Solid’s achievement of quality, health safety and environmental objectives.
