Gardener

Working as part of the Garden and Grounds Team undertaking various landscaping duties. Our goal is to keep all of the green spaces in a well kept manner for the benefit of our customers and business as a whole. A good understanding of horticultural and environmental practices is important. Experience in the use of ride on machinery preferred as duties involve the grass cutting on our holiday resort and Golf Course. Experience in the use of strimmer’s would be beneficial.

Skills Required:

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Ideally knowledge and experience in Garden and Grounds maintenance.

· Good understanding of planting schedules

· Previous experience using machinery/HGV/Tractors/Excavators would be highly beneficial

· Hedge, shrub and tree cutting, planting and seeding experience desirable

· Knowledge of health & safety and safe site working practices

· Experience of manual outdoor work

· Strong communication skills, * Gardening: 1 year (preferred)
