As the Facilities Manager, you will support the Technical Facilities team in the monitoring, planning and scheduling of the PPM, corrective and reactive workloads. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the IWMS from an Operational Maintenance Perspective.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation and maintenance of IWMS system.
- Evaluate system patches and changes, ensuring updates are understood and progressed where required.
- Verify supply chain are correctly utilising the system and that records are being completed though auditing of completed tasks.
- Provide training and support to users of the IWMS system.
- Work closely with the facilities management team and suppliers to ensure there is an aligned approach to the administration of IWMS system.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure current IWMS system meets business needs or make recommendations where changes are required.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of IWMS system

- Ability to communicate well with all members of staff and client teams.
- Level 4 qualified and/or relevant experience.
- Experience and understanding within facilities management and/or datacentres.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of upgrades and changes made to the system.
