Internal Communications and Engagement Manager – London (Hybrid) – Up to £60,000 + 25% Bonus\\n\\nAre you a dynamic internal communications professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading Retirement Village Group, is seeking an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join their People Team in their London Victoria office.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nThis role is pivotal in shaping and delivering internal communications, employee engagement, and change communication strategies. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead key engagement initiatives, including the annual employee engagement survey and Values Rewards Scheme, ensuring alignment with the company’s Employee Value Proposition.\\n\\nYou will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging internal communication campaigns across multiple locations, brands, and functions.
