\\nWe are working with a global entertainment company who are looking for a temporary Personal Assistant to support Senior Consumer Product Director and his deputy, plus with wider ad-hoc support to the wider Consumer Products team.

\\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage diaries & meetings across multiple time zones.
- Plan and execute internal events & offsites.
- Coordinate across marketing, PR, brand & content teams.
- Prepare presentations & onboarding materials.
- Handle travel arrangements & expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support.
