Field Marketing Manager – German Speaking

📍 Location: Remote, UK or in Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg or Germany

🌍 Regional Focus: UK, Ireland, Benelux, DACH, Italy & Spain

The Position:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive regional marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth. Working closely with sales teams, you’ll execute account-based marketing, executive events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing to maximize impact across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute field and channel marketing programs across EMEA.
  • Align marketing strategies with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and activate partner co-marketing initiatives with Customers and Partners
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across organic and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Drive customer advocacy, leveraging success stories across the region.
  • Manage SDR support and ensure diligent lead follow-up with Sales Account Executives.
  • Oversee localisation of digital content & assets, with plans to expand support.
  • Track and optimize marketing performance, providing data-driven insights.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in German (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Minimum of 4+ years in regional field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS Applications
  • Strong experience in event management, campaign execution & partner marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (organic & paid).
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation & CRM tools (lead scoring/nurturing experience is a plus).
