Key Responsibilities:

- Implement CI Initiatives: Develop and execute plans to boost efficiency and quality.
- Lead Teams: Manage project teams for successful implementation.
- Conduct Training: Provide Lean and CI methodology training.
- Monitor Progress: Track and adjust improvement initiatives.
- Standardise Processes: Implement best practices across the organisation.
- Data Analysis: Use metrics to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Foster CI Culture: Promote ongoing improvement within the organisation.
