What you\’ll be doing…
Are you passionate about technology and finance? Do you enjoy problem-solving and supporting teams to enhance system performance? We are looking for a motivated Finance Systems Support Assistant to join our Finance team at our London Head Office.
In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in supporting multiple finance systems, including Workday Financials, Kyriba, Concur, and MRI.
You will provide 1st line support to end users, ensuring smooth system operations and helping users navigate challenges effectively.
As a Finance Systems Support Assistant, you will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and HR teams to assist in system updates, fixes, and the implementation of new functionality. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all defects are recorded with the proper evidence and assisting in configuring system updates and troubleshooting.
Additionally, you will create user training materials and documentation to help improve internal knowledge and support best practices.
This role also offers you the opportunity to advocate for process improvements, reducing reliance on external partners by building internal expertise in the finance systems.
You will be encouraged to actively participate in process enhancement initiatives, helping to drive efficiency and continuous improvement within the team.
