People Consulting is based within our Consulting business area. Our teams help global and local businesses with their people needs in the digital age. Our goal is to work with them to build a better working world for everyone.
We embrace technology and innovation to drive results and have transformation teams that focus on developing new technologies to support our people and our clients. During your internship, you can expect to work with a range of technologies, from data analytics software to collaboration tools.\\nWhat you will be doing\\n – Gaining experience in specialisms (e.g. change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics).\\n – Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions.
Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.\\n – Organising and participating in client meetings and interviews.\\n – Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.\\n – Writing elements of reports, presentations and other deliverables.\\n – Completing project management tasks.\\nProgramme length\\nFour weeks.
