Job Description
Practice Administrator
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DoE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Practice Administrator to work in London based Partner Practice of St. James's Place plc.
You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by the Partner and Advisors and offering support as required. This business is well established and highly successful with a diverse Client base, including professional families, business owners, and private clients.
The Role: Practice Administrator
The key responsibilities of this role include: –
- Support the day-to-day business operations within the Practice
- Issue Letters of Authority and follow up with third-party providers
- Submit various request such as fund switches, withdrawals, changes to contributions and track progress
- Undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice
- Manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews
- Deal with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers
- Manage the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors
- You will be processing new and replacement business and liaising with SJP admin teams
- There is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment
The Person: Practice Administrator
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator within Wealth Management, preferably St. James's Place
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
