GLOBAL BANKING & MARKETS Our core value is building strong relationships with our institutional clients, which include corporations, financial service providers, and fund managers. We help them buy and sell financial products on exchanges around the world, raise funding, and manage risk. BUSINESS SEGMENT AND ROLE OVERVIEW Equities & FICC: We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis. Credit Solutions Structuring (Sales Strats) focusing mainly on Repacks, and additionally Total Return Swaps and other credit access products (e.g. Skew, access notes). RESPONSIBILITIES Independently run day-to-day repack activity, including modelling (swaps pricing, XVA), negotiation of terms with clients and reviewing termsheets. Identifying relative value credit assets for repacks, speaking to credit flow traders to gather colour and asset pricing. Preparation of marketing content including emails and brief marketing materials / powerpoint slides. Engaging with sales and clients on repack ideas, and working in partnership with sales to help originate new business. Negotiating TRS documentation with prospective clients. Working on new product development. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Min 4 years relevant experience in Repacks and credit derivatives or fixed income derivatives.
