Vehicle Technician Romford £28k Basic with £40k OTE Monday to Friday with rota’d Saturdays Our well-established main dealer client in Romford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets • Stay up to date with the latest technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training • Adhere to both company and manufacturer quality standards • Ensure full compliance with vehicle health check procedures Required Experience & Skills: • Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) • Full UK driving license • Proven experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing • MOT Tester qualification (highly beneficial) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Previous experience in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential) If you're looking to be part of a dynamic and growing team, we want to hear from you!
