As the Head of Projects, you\’ll lead and manage most of the company’s inter-departmental projects. This includes managing a project team in all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of inter-departmental projects while achieving the desired outcomes by meeting technology, client, and business expectations.
Chief Information and Technology Officer
- Lead and oversee critical inter-departmental company projects throughout their lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Manage profit and loss responsibility for each project and return on investment (ROI) for the board and Senior Management Team to measure against key performance indicators (KPIs) and success.
