During the programme, you can expect to work with a range of technologies, from data analytics software to collaboration tools.\\nWhat you will be doing\\n – Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting’s specialisms, such as change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.\\n – Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions.
Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.\\n – Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.\\n – Writing elements of reports, presentations and other deliverables.\\n – Travelling around and outside of the UK if the project calls for it.\\n – There will also be times when you are not working on a project and you will contribute to business development for the team by helping with proposals.\\nProgramme length : two years\\nProfessional qualification\\nUK & Ireland – CIPD – Level 5 certificate in Human Resource Management.
