Job Description

EA/Travel Coordinator – Temporary
  • Part time – around 15 hours/week, remote in the UK
  • Immediate start, 2 month contract
  • Flexibility regarding working international hours required

Our client is seeking an experienced EA/Travel Coordinator to commence immediately and support in this part-time, temporary, remote role. The successful candidate will be supporting the CEO of a wonderful firm with coordination of complex, busy, ever-changing international travel.

What you'll do:

The role will be focused primarily on travel management, this involves:

  • Creation of a complex, very busy/demanding itinerary across international timezones
  • Coordination of all travel arrangements – flights, transfers, accommodation, logistics
  • Responding to changes with urgency 
  • Managing a high number of stakeholders across various timezones and anticipating any issues/changes before they occur
  • Acting as a support to the CEO during travel to address any issues

Travel coordination will span a range of locations/timezones, but primarily this need is to cover UK/US travel.

What you need:

We are seeking a candidate with extensive, proven experience coordinating demanding international travel across various timezones for C Suite executives. We need someone who can react quickly to any issues and problem-solve with little supervision or guidance. You will demonstrate a proactive attitude and be completely reliable, responsive, and a top-tier communicator.

You will need to be flexible with working hours across UK/US timezones.
