Team Assistant, fast-growing hedge fund

A unique opportunity for a disciplined, organised Administrative Assistant to join one of the world's fastest growing hedge funds. With no two days being the same, you could be on-boarding a new trader one minute, securing an events venue the next!

We will need to see a minimum of 3 years office experience gained in a fast-paced setting (financial services experience being ideal).

Typical duties could include:

• Managing international travel & accommodation bookings
• Processing multi-currency expenses
• Being the 'go-to' person for admin requests from a wide pool of traders
• Booking meeting rooms and ordering marketing materials
• Support in the preparation of PowerPoint and other client related documents
• Working alongside the Operations Manager on office projects (e.g. re-locations, supplier audits, new supplier research)
• Organising office socials
• Ordering equipment and consumables
• On-boarding and off-boarding staff across all areas, including office inductions.
