The Property Partnership Group are seeking to recruit a Rural Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience).
Position
- You will be instrumental in the delivery of estate management and strategic rural advisory services to a range of private clients.
- Reporting directly to Blair Wallace, Director, you will be assisting with ongoing projects and retained clients initially, with the opportunity to build your own client base as you progress.
- Self-motivation and responsibility for your own workload from the start; this is a role for a competent individual with a desire to succeed.

Candidate
- We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and charisma, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Rural estate management experience is required.
- You must have the ability to work dynamically and be able to carry out tasks using your own initiative.
- Organisational skills and time management are key.
- Drive and desire to be involved in the growth of the business.
- MRICS is essential; FAAV is desirable but the candidate should at least be working towards this.
