The Property Partnership Group are seeking to recruit a Rural Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience).

Position

  1. You will be instrumental in the delivery of estate management and strategic rural advisory services to a range of private clients.
  2. Reporting directly to Blair Wallace, Director, you will be assisting with ongoing projects and retained clients initially, with the opportunity to build your own client base as you progress.
  3. Self-motivation and responsibility for your own workload from the start; this is a role for a competent individual with a desire to succeed.
  4. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to thrive in a growing, dynamic, and progressive organisation.

Candidate

  1. We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and charisma, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  2. Rural estate management experience is required.
  3. You must have the ability to work dynamically and be able to carry out tasks using your own initiative.
  4. Organisational skills and time management are key.
  5. Drive and desire to be involved in the growth of the business.
  6. MRICS is essential; FAAV is desirable but the candidate should at least be working towards this.
