Job Description
Housing Litigation Solicitor – ExeterChadwick Nott are instructed on a new opportunity for a Housing Mangement/Litigation Lawyer at a Legal 500 ranked firm with an office in central Exeter.This multi office leading practice are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Litigation Solicitor or FCILEx to join their highly regarded housing management team. This opening will allow you to elevate your career and supervise junior lawyers while managing a challenging caseload.In this role you will work closely with clients on disputes related to housing stock and tenant conduct. You can expect to handle disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions, breach of tenancy injunctions, possession claims, property and land disputes, and leasehold disputes.The ideal candidate will have around 5+ years PQE in litigation.
