My client is a state of the art health and fitness operator. They have a fantastic fitness and group exercise product and require a dedicated and passionate Sales & Membership Manager who is focused on the growing the membership base and delivering a superb member experience.The main responsibilities of the Sales & Membership Manager are:

  • To grow membership base through new sales and the retention of members
  • Ensure the team are motivated and trained to achieve required standards in terms of leads, appointments and sales with use of the sales dashboard
  • To support promotions and marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
  • To support with all aspects of the member journey including member onboarding, customer satisfaction, queries and complaints, cancellations and retention

The candidate:

  • A positive and proactive attitude is a must
  • Ability to interact and be \’hands on’
  • A background in fitness and membership sales management
  • A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources

This is a fantastic job in fitness which requires the successful individual to take ownership of their department and work closely with the General Manager to ensure a first class product is delivered to the members at all times.
