Sales Progression Manager\\nLocation: London\\nSalary: £60/70k per annum OTE £110k +\\n\\nAre you a detail-oriented and relationship-driven professional with a passion for guiding clients through the sales journey? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key? If so, this Sales Progression Manager role could be the perfect opportunity for you.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs a Sales Progression Manager, you will be responsible for converting reservations into completions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process for buyers.

You will be the main point of contact for reservees and their families, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales journey. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and successfully.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nServe as the primary liaison for reservees, offering trustworthy, empathetic, and proactive support.\\nCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Client Experience, etc.) and external partners (solicitors, financial advisors, estate agents) to progress sales effectively.\\nMaintain accurate records and track sales progress using CRM systems, contributing to exchange and completion forecasting.\\nEnsure a smooth transition from reservation to completion, providing regular updates to the sales team and resolving any issues that may arise.What We’re Looking For:\\n\\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.\\nExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.\\nA solid understanding of residential property transactions and sales progression.\\nHigh levels of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\\nExperience working with CRM systems.\\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.\\nHigh integrity and discretion when handling sensitive client information. \\nDesirable Experience:\\n\\nExperience in sales progression, conveyancing, or real estate.\\nKnowledge of central and outer London’s property market.\\nA background in retirement living or high-value property sales.\\nIf you are interested please apply or contact Corrie Keable on (url removed)
