Job Title: Lifeguards & Watersports Instructors – Alton Water£12-12.68 per hour / Real Living Wage Employer / Casual 0-hour contract Dive into making a difference: Lifeguards, Watersports Instructors and Senior Watersports Instructors needed for Spring Summer 2025! Are you passionate about outdoor adventures, water safety, and delivering exceptional experiences? We\\\\\\'re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team at Alton Water team in various roles, making a difference in our community while working in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you\\\\\\'re ensuring safety by the water, teaching watersports, or keeping our parks pristine and welcoming, we have a role for you! Lifeguards Ensure the safety of all visitors at our pool or waterfront Conduct regular checks and enforce safety guidelines Assist with setting up and maintaining facilities Requirements: NPLQ/OWL qualification preferred (or training can be provided) Watersports Instructors Lead fun and engaging water-based activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, or sailing Provide excellent instruction for all ages and skill levels Ensure safety standards are met at all times Requirements: RYA or UKCC level 1 in Kayak & Canoe qualifications or equivalent are desirable Senior Watersports Instructors (fixed term and casual roles available) Oversee watersports activities and mentor the instructor team. Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure safety compliance.

Support planning and management of events or activities.
