Mortgage Adviser – Hybrid | Up to £40k Base 50% Commission Remortgage Pipeline | Typical 1st Year OTE Across Team £125K

About You
We’re looking for a driven, ethical adviser who values quality service over quick wins, and who is ready to take full advantage of a firm that does things the right way.
Must-Have:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification and full CAS status
- Proven track record as a Whole of Market Mortgage Adviser
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build trust with HNW/mass affluent clients
- Organised, self-motivated, and professional
- Passion for client service and a solutions-focused mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with high-net-worth or complex client profiles
- Exposure to protection and wider financial planning
- Ambitions to grow into team leadership, mentoring, or niche market advising
- Comfort with CRM/mortgage software and a tech-enabled workflow
