JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused meetings and events coordinator to join our dynamic team at Circles UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences,managing and coordinating events, handling catering requirements, and setting up meeting rooms to meet client standards.This role involves leveraging technology to efficiently handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing events according to client expectations
  • Managing catering requirements, including ordering and setup
  • Setting up meeting rooms to meet client standards, including food and beverages
  • Maintaining accurate records of event details and client communication
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences
  • Replenishing breakout areas to maintain a high standard of service
  • Manage online requests via email, chat, or bespoke platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available services, tools, and processes to offer informed recommendations.
  • Monitor and track client interactions to ensure high satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and service standards, maintaining a professional and client-centric approach at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
