Senior Site Secretary (London Business)\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Site Secretary to provide essential administrative and secretarial support to a busy construction project. This role requires a proactive approach, anticipating management needs while maintaining an approachable and professional manner. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality administration across allocated contracts within our London business.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs a Senior Site Secretary, you will work closely with the project team to ensure all administrative tasks are managed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:\\n\\nManaging induction records and ensuring compliance with site entry procedures.\\n\\nOverseeing the MSite turnstile system.\\n\\nCoordinating IT requirements and arranging inductions for new employees.\\n\\nDistributing weekly progress photos to key stakeholders.\\n\\nKeeping health & safety plans, induction records, and First Aid/Fire Marshall posters up to date.\\n\\nAssisting the site team with monthly SHE returns and collating client reports.\\n\\nPreparing presentations and documents for the project team.\\n\\nSupporting Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) initiatives and generating innovative ideas.\\n\\nManaging PPE stock levels and site office supplies.\\n\\nMaintaining key project trackers and subcontractor safety folders.\\n\\nProviding aftercare support and general site administration.\\n\\nOrganising monthly team social events to foster a positive working environment.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\nTo excel in this role, you should have:\\n\\nExperience in a similar role within the construction industry, supporting internal and external stakeholders.\\n\\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.\\n\\nAdvanced technical proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.\\n\\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.\\n\\nA business-related qualification (A-Level or equivalent preferred).\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\nJoining our London team means becoming part of a dynamic and growing organisation that values its employees.
