Role Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Advisor to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Hawick Contact Centre. The post is full time and Temporary to 06/10/26 .
You will provide advice and support to customers via telephone, email, live chat and face to face on a wide range of council services while delivering exceptional customer service.
