Reporting to the Operation Manager, with a dotted line to the Training Officer, Specialist Skills Trainers will deliver, co-ordinate and track all Job Specific/key skills training required for an assigned area/shift. This will include introduction to the department when a colleague joins the department or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against Job Specific SOPs…
