The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Operation Manager, with a dotted line to the Training Officer, Specialist Skills Trainers will deliver, co-ordinate and track all Job Specific/key skills training required for an assigned area/shift. This will include introduction to the department when a colleague joins the department or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against Job Specific SOPs, refresher training and updates, training on other modules within the Pathway to Performance and ad hoc training. There will be a portion of time not required for training which will be used to work as part of the production team in order to maintain skills and familiarity with the operation of the department.
