Your Role:
The front of house management team are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to lead the team and deliver uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.
The role is responsible for assisting the restaurant managers in all aspects of restaurant operation and maximising covers and revenue through effective reservations book management whilst managing the Host team.

Your Requirements:
As a Reception Manager we would love you to have:
– At least 3 years of Hospitality experience in a management capacity at a high end, fast-paced hospitality environment
– Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations; written and verbal English language communication skills
– Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she may be the first impression of the restaurant
– Must be prompt, courteous, and reliable
– Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday Sunday
– Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
– Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
