The Role
Are you ready to make a difference in the world of care? My client is looking for a creative, inspiring, and strategic leader to take on the exciting role of Head of Product Design and Research ! You’ll play a key role in shaping how care is delivered and experienced by thousands. What You’ll Do
- Design Leadership & Strategy: You’ll partner with product leadership to craft and execute a brilliant product design vision. Translate user needs and business goals into a design strategy that scales seamlessly across teams.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Lead and inspire your team to deliver their best work, grow professionally, and collaborate effectively.
- Process Improvement: Refine and implement DesignOps and ResearchOps practices to keep everything running smoothly and at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to create user-focused solutions that drive business success.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve, experimenting and driving innovation in product design. Your insights will be informed by both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strategic Communication: Communicate the design vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational objectives.
