3 Month Contract

On behalf of our client, a prestigous golf club near Cobham, Scattergoods are recruiting for a Wedding Co-ordinator, to work a3 month contract , on an hourly rate of£14-16 per hour .

Working hours are1000 – 1900, or 1100 – 2000 , working five days per week, to includeone weekend day , each week.

There is flexibility to work on a part-time basis instead, but this would still need to include working, either Saturday, or Sunday, each week.

THIS ROLE IS AN IMMEDIATE START, with our client keen to interview and offer the job as soon as possible. As such, only applicants that are presently available to start, immediately are asked to apply.

The Role
As a Wedding Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for couples, guiding them through the planning process and ensuring their big day runs smoothly. You will work closely with the events and hospitality teams to deliver memorable, high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage wedding bookings, liaising with couples from initial enquiry to event completion.
Coordinate all wedding logistics, including catering, décor, and supplier arrangements.
Conduct venue show-rounds and consultations with potential clients.
Prepare detailed event plans and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Oversee wedding day operations, ensuring all elements align with the couples expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any last-minute changes or requests.

About You:

Previous experience in wedding or event coordination (hospitality experience preferred).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
