Job Description
Construction SolicitorExeter A superb opportunity for a Construction lawyer looking to join a niche Commercial Law Firm at the hub of Exeter's business community. The firm has impressive offices in an ideal location for commuters with free parking. They are now looking to bolster their construction team with an experienced and ambitious lawyer at ideally the 3-5PQE mark.
Your role will focus on high quality construction matters working alongside a Partner who is truly an expert in their field. The beauty of this role is the breadth- you'll work with such a range of clients from household name developers, main contractors and sub-contractors to public bodies and funders. You can expect to work across a wide range of construction projects and sectors, including commercial development, renewable energy, residential, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience of construction and infrastructure related dispute work involving court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR. On offer is to work with a highly ranked team on an excellent quality of work, working with a collegiate firm who encourage career growth.
