Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Complaints Officer (Stage 2) to join a fantastic HA based in London on a 6 Month FTC, paying £43,655.56 per annum (pro rata) and flexible working – 1 day in office and 4 days work from home. \\n \\n This role involves working closely with the Head of Property Maintenance, Complaints Team, and Residents to ensure high-quality complaint investigations and resolutions.\\n\\nWe are especially looking for high quality and good experience and evidence of:\\n\\nHigh quality complaint investigation skills and complaint response writing at stage 2 level in Housing – this will be a major part of the role\\nWorking with Repairs Team and our repairs contractor to follow up on action plans committed to stage 1 of or our complaints process\\nAnalytic, critical thinking and problem solving skills\\nEffective communicator and influencer\\nAbility to “Get things done”\\nExcellent report writing, spelling, grammar and a professional, empathic approach to resolving complaints.if this is of interest to you, please apply today
