We\’re looking for an experienced Digital Intermediate Technician to join our expanding team here at The Look. Based in our London office, this is a detail-focused role within a fast-paced post-production finishing environment – that requires a keen eye for technical accuracy and an understanding of the complexities of high-end workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling conform, quality control, and final file preparation for distribution.
- Handling deliverables, VFX IO, and media transfers with precision.
- Taking care of digital assets, ensuring correct storage, backups, and data integrity.
- Supporting workflow management and adhering to structured processes to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least three years of experience with excellent technical understanding of DaVinci Resolve in a DI or technical post-production role.
- A solid understanding of post-production finishing workflows—balancing tight deadlines with precision.
- Someone who thrives in a structured, technical role and wants to continue to develop their career as a DI Technician.
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS and G Suite. Colorfront Transkoder knowledge is also a bonus
