Position: Contracts Manager
Company: Regional D&B Workplace Fit-Out Contractor
Location: Reading (Flexible working, office required one day a week)
Projects: Commercial office fit out's ranging from £250,000 – £1M (Thames Valley & London)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 + Bonus, Travel Allowance, Healthcare, Holiday & Pension etc

As a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we are on the lookout for a talented Contracts Manager to join our team and help us deliver fast paced workplace fit out projects.
The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of project delivery, overseeing up to three projects at any given time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career with a company that is expanding and offering excellent growth opportunities. You’ll take charge of managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring schedules are met, budgets are adhered to, and the clients' needs are always prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects (typically valued between £250K and £500K) across Southampton, Thames Valley, and West London.
- Client Liaison: Be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring they are met throughout the project.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of site managers, project managers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration across all parties.
- Financial & Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical and financial teams, managing variations, unforeseen costs, and overseeing the invoicing process at the end of each project.
- Schedule & Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
