The role of Operations Manager involves being the strategic business leader for the hotel, delivering strategies and providing exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded while being a true people's champion. This role encompasses every aspect of the hotel operation that is important to commercial viability and ultimate guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will support the General Manager in operations and will deputise in their absence. A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail are essential. Previous experience in a 5-star environment is desirable.

Bristol Harbour Hotel is an elegant 19th-century property located in the heart of Bristol's historic Corn Street, occupying the former Lloyds and Midland Bank locations. The hotel features 42 bedrooms, a relaxing subterranean HarSPA, Harbour Kitchen Restaurant, and a speakeasy-inspired Gold Bar serving the city's finest cocktails. It is one of Bristol's most exceptional meeting and event venues, with three impressive, flexible rooms accommodating up to 400 attendees.
