Job Description
This is a great role for a junior candidate with some reception / hospitality / administrative experience. You will be based Front of House in order to meet and greet clients but will also be involved in administrative / support tasks. Your duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing the meeting room calendar and meeting rooms
- General administration, ordering office stationery, binding, printing, etc.
- Sorting and distributing post
- Keeping the kitchen stocked and tidy
- Other ad hoc duties inc. wider team PA support and research

This is an important role as you will be the first person to meet and greet clients into the office, so they are really looking for a smart, friendly and personable manner and someone who is confident when dealing with HNWIs and investors. You will also assist across the office so need to be a real team player.

This role will be office-based Monday to Friday and the hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. The salary is £30,000 plus benefits that include pension, private medical cover, 26 days’ annual leave (rising by 1 day a year up to 30 days), discretionary annual bonus, team socials and some early finishes on a Friday.
