Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist merchants with account setup, transaction issues, and troubleshooting payment processing equipment/software.
- Act as the liaison between merchants and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Manage case handling, including dispute resolution and transaction troubleshooting.
- Oversee and respond to inquiries in the customer service inbox.
- Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the relevant departments.
