Job Description
Hybrid working**\\n\\nSource Solutions are working with a successful and highly-regarded design practice, in identifying an experienced Sustainability Professional to join their team in an autonomous role which will also see them taking a more managerial role junior members of the sustainability design team and an active role within the company and across its various projects.\\n\\nThis position will move away somewhat from hands-on design and look more at working with the Sustainability Designers and the wider business, checking work and analyses, ensuring all are completed at the correct time and sequence. A such this role will be well-rounded mix of management of junior team members whilst also involving a more active interaction with clients and projects teams.\\n\\nThe company are involved in some very exciting project and have gained an enviable reputation within the industry and this would be a rewarding role for a highly technical and experienced candidate with a strong grounding in a sustainability-specific role within a design practice or consultancy, who can communicate technical information in simple terms and build relationships across the business and with clients.\\n\\nCandidate profile:\\n\\n * Experience in a Sustainability role within a design practice or consultancy\\n\\n * Formal degree-level education on Environmental Design or other relevant subject\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of various analyses and modelling including thermal analysis packages\\n\\n * Strong grasp of design and RIBA work stages\\n\\n * Familiarity with BREEAM and Passivhaus\\n\\n * Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and counterparts\\n\\nOn offer in return is a fantastic opportunity to develop in to a more senior role with a great deal of autonomy, within a reputable business offering a good starting salary/package and a superb working culture and environment.\\n\\nApply Now
