Marcilly Recruitment is working with a lovely investment firm in the heart of Mayfair. They have continued growth year on year since inception, and they are now looking for a new PA & FOH to join their growing team. The company culture is very important to them, with it being a non-hierarchical environment where support staff are truly appreciated and not at all pigeonholed. Many of our placements have been promoted into an investor relations/HR/Senior EA positions. This goes to show there is long-term progression within the firm.

Salary: £40K – £55K depending on experience

PA & FOH Requirements

- Strong academic grades, a degree is desirable
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role
- Prior financial services experience is preferred but not a must
- Strong communication skills and exceptional grammar paramount
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive team player who is happy to assist in different areas of the business
- A confident, professional and engaging person who is able to work with very senior executives

PA & FOH Duties / Responsibilities
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Meet and greet firm’s investors, operating partners and other external contacts, prepare and tidy rooms, making teas & coffees
- Book meetings, proactive calendar management and set up VC
- Order food for lunch meetings, prepare rooms before guests arrive
- Order stock such as stationery, biweekly Ocado orders and business cards
- Manage high call volume
- Keeping office space and meeting rooms in order
- Office expenses
- Diary management and meeting support for the CIO and the investment team
- Heavy travel booking including detailed itineraries for the UK and globally
- Correspondence for the team
- General admin work such as document production, filing and database management
- Cover other EA’s duties and assisting with overspill
- Managing office calendars
- Booking cars, restaurants reservations and running errands
- Catering and events
