Dispute Resolution Solicitor NQ + – Cardiff
Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an ambitious and motivated Solicitor to join a leading \’Top 100\’ law firm in their dispute resolution team, which is ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories as one of the premier litigation departments in Wales and beyond. The well-established and highly regarded team provides expert legal advice to a wide spectrum of clients, advising them on a variety of commercial, property, and housing disputes.
Your portfolio of clients will include registered social landlords and local authority clients, and you\’ll enjoy building and strengthening relationships with these clients. This specialised team is recognised as national leaders in their field, and their work covers all aspects of tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity, or anti-social behaviour, as well as defending disrepair claims, homelessness, and navigating the changes The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 has brought.
Strong advocacy skills are essential as you will be required to attend your own advocacy at hearings and negotiate with parties. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator, able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
