About the role
We are looking for a Secondary Education Recruitment consultant to join our busy team, based in our brand-new offices on the Chester Business Park. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced Education Recruiters who are looking to join a company with an unrivalled commission structure, where you are truly rewarded for your hard work, and you will start earning commission on your billings from day one!
In your new role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with secondary schools within the Northwest and North Wales area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area. The team are incredibly busy, so you will have clients and candidates to work with from day one.
Our aim is to match schools with the best candidates and provide a friendly and professional service to everyone we work with. The role will involve making business development calls to prospective clients, booking supply staff for schools as requested and pre-screening and interviewing candidates. You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.
