MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Kitchen Duties – including but not limited to:
- Ensure tea, coffee, sugar etc… supplies are managed and available for staff to use
- Ordering of milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc…
- Keep the kitchen area clean
- Cycle dirtyclean crockery and cutlery through the dishwashers
- Responsible for all morning duties to set up for the day
- Management of conference and meeting rooms to meet booking requirements
- Manage enquiries in shared email account
- Stationery orders
- Handling of Post in & Post Out
- Escorting engineers/visitors
- Tea, Coffee & lunches for visitors
- Support Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks
- Able to support some Friday’s, with suitable notice provided. For escorting third parties on a non working day
