Based across South of England – Luton and London We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to join our wider HR team providing support to head office and operational management teams across the business. Reporting into the L&D Manager, you’ll deliver and administer training initiatives that support employee growth and organisational objectives. As an L&D Advisor you’ll be: Delivering online training sessions to enhance employees skills, knowledge and competency. Managing external L&D supplier/stakeholders to ensure best value is achieved. Managing all administration within our Learning Management Systems (LMS) – monitoring, maintaining, recording, and reporting. Leading, co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting of Apprenticeships schemes. Reviewing current working practices and making recommendations for continuous improvement As an L&D Advisor you’ll have: Previous experience or interest working in a L&D / training or similar environment.
