Base pay range: Salary up to £35,000 plus commission.
We are seeking a passionate, customer‑focused individual to lead our newly opening beauty counter in Lakeside. The Counter Manager will manage daily operations, drive sales targets, and provide impeccable customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of makeup artists by example.
- Set and achieve company targets and KPI’s.
- Oversee daily, monthly and quarterly counter operations through business plans.
- Motivate and drive the team to meet sales targets.
- Stay up to date with the latest makeup and skincare trends.
- Perform make‑up and skincare consultations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and create lasting customer relationships.
