Sous Chef – Nashville, TN – Up to $80k We are working with an big hospitality group who has grown across the country with fun, trendy, different concepts. We are recruiting for a Sous Chef for one of their Tex-Mex restaurants that offers guest delicious cuisine and a fun atmosphere! The Role The Sous Chef will work alongside the Executive Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly and deliver great food every time. This role helps with daily operations, creating dishes, training the team, and making sure everything meets safety standards. It’s a hands-on job where you’ll be a key player in keeping the food top-notch and the team motivated.
