Legal PA – City Location – Residential Property – Salary up to 48k – 2 days a week working from home

Our client, a prestigious city law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their highly respected residential property team. In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team supporting high-net-worth clients with high-value property transactions.

This role offers a mix of responsibilities, combining PA duties (such as inbox and diary management and preparing legal documents) and paralegal-style work (conveyancing and supporting property transactions).

Key responsibilities:

- Diary and travel arrangements for partners/fee earners, including UK and international.
- Facilitating the billing process by coordinating with the finance team, ensuring accurate invoicing, and dispatching invoices to clients.
- Scheduling client meetings, booking rooms, and organising video conferences via Teams.
- Inbox management for fee earners.
- Opening new files, onboarding clients, and coordinating with the compliance/risk team.
- Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, correspondence, and emails.
- Supporting with managing files through the entire transaction process, including preparing for exchange, handling completions, and overseeing post-completion tasks.
- Preparing client reports for freehold and leasehold property matters.
- Updating the firms CRM and recording business development.
