Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the UK renewable energy landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Mentor and lead junior recruitment consultants as the team grows, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy market in the UK, strong recruitment skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with organisations that are making a positive impact on the environment.
They will also have an established network within the sector, and be able to win their own clients and service them accordingly. Strong communication and resilience is a must, * Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment, preferably within the Renewable Energy sector.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute to Crawley a couple of times per week.

Basic Salary up to £45k per year
