We are a pioneering Turkish specialty coffee brand, established in 2013, now expanding to London! We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and manage our UK operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and product quality
- Team Development: Build, recruit, and mentor a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement profitability strategies
