Role Overview:
We are looking for someone to assist in managing our metering portfolio, including Meter Asset Managers (MAMs) and various stakeholders. This role involves project management, industry processes, customer interactions, and effective communication to resolve metering queries and ensure accurate data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Meter/AMR installations and data flows.
- Update stakeholder details and manage appointments.
- Resolve meter reading discrepancies.
- Support AMR and Smart meter rollout strategies.
- Ensure timely submission of meter readings.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
