We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Commercial and Contracts administrator. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth contract management processes, efficient CRM administration, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders., * Oversee our DocuSign program, including the creation, management, and execution of contracts with NHS and private healthcare customers.

Maintain a record of all contracts and renewal information. To be held on a central system. (for NHS, Private, Clinics etc.)

Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and meet all legal requirements.

Monitor contract performance.

Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve any contract-related queries.
Commercial Support:
-
Assist with administration of HubSpot CRM system, ensuring all customer and prospect data is up-to-date and accurate. Including finding CD, PCN Managers, PMs to add to the system.

Add to the CRM system for private patients such as clubs, groups, gyms etc we can market to.

Assist with marketing campaigns within HubSpot. – for NHS and private patients
-
Generate reports and track campaign performance to allow informed decision-making.

Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to optimise CRM utilisation and lead nurturing.

Assist with general commercial support activities, as required.

Management of the pipeline in HubSpot including running reports.

Provide administration support to the Commercial and Business Development Lead for Women’s Health, Pain and MSK tenders.
Additional Duties:
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
